I ordered a HydroPulse Water Blaster for 69,99 € and after 2 weeks I got a Ungh Superior not even worth 20 €. They said like I should be happy at least there comes water out of it. WTF? To get my money back I had to send it to an address in the Netherlands for 20,49 €. The worst deal of my entire lifetime, we call it fraud in Good Old Germany.

Schnell und einfach

I would give them less than 1 star if possible. I ordered a metal detector advertised as the top out of 24 detectors. I received the package from them, and it was not what was in their ad. The detector was far inferior to the one in their ad. Do not order from this company because they bait and switch, and they make you pay for the return postage even when they send the incorrect product.

I don't need the muck around at the check out just want to make my purchase and get on with it, cheers. But happy with the price

Achtung Fakeshop.

I tried calling their customer service number and received only a busy signal. I tried emailing them no response just to find out why after 14 day I received an update from the shipper saying. We are still waiting for more information from the seller on your shipment. I finally filed a complaint through PayPal and received a refund from them ,know they can deal with PayPal. I will never order anything from OSMO AGAIN!
