Osmo HushWave headphones are seriously overpriced. Earcup surround is stiff and doesn't make a good seal, so that outside sounds leak in. Also not very comfortable. Sound is tinny and not very clear for speech. No bass is apparant. It was easy to pair with my laptop, just not worth even this slight effort. I'm sticking with my Bose 35's.

Buyer beware. I Ordered their "Blockwallet", on sale for $80, and it is actually much more flimsy than advertised. As it turns out, the exact same wallet is sold on Amazon by Kafellon for $30. When I requested a refund and return, they offered discounts to disuade me from sending the product back. They refused to provide an address for me to estimate shipping costs. Ultimately they admitted it was a UK address, and it would cost me ~$30 to return the item. So I kept the wallet at a discounted price, still twice the Amazon cost. And it's worth maybe one third of that price. Deceptive practices, false advertising. Unethical.

I had purchased a ring like camera off the official OSMO website, but realized that it would be arriving way later than I expected. I needed the ring camera yesterday not 3 weeks from now. I emailed the customer support for a cancelation request the next day, and got a reply the day after. In the reply the customer support agent asked me why I was canceling. I explained that the timing of it was not right, and I needed a camera that I could have access to immediately. This is where I thought it was the end of our conversation and that she would cancel. It's only a few days later I see in my email that the osmo package was shipped. I look into my email, and see they had followed up with more offers and add ons to the ring camera so that I would accept it instead of canceling, but the issue was never price or additions it was the time, which they never offered a solution too. Now they say its way too late to cancel as the product had been shipped. Wasting even more of my time, and delaying my refund further.

Köpe två MaxClean tandborstar på deras sida och betalade 2398kr. Sedan fick vi vänta i fyra (!) veckor och fick besked att de skulle levereras ”inom några dagar”. Vilket aldrig hände. Så begärde pengarna tillbaka och det fick jag, snabbt och smidigt. Så; usel leverans men utmärkt kundservice.

I had to use a credit card I didn't want to use but it kept saying it couldn't details on the card I wanted to use. Nothing is wrong with that card and it works everywhere else and has plenty of credit on it

The nickel and dime after placing an order is annoying. Took close to a week for the tracking number to be sent. Now several days later and the package has not been picked up by FedEx. We know this isn’t a FedEx issue. This is the company covering for a crappy order fulfillment time.

check out kept going round and round. The picture depicts a front camera and a rear camera. The up sale after the sale is completed tries to sell a rear camera. Is the rear camera included or not? Also the picture shows a 64gb sd card, however the box contents says 32gb sd card. I wonder what I will actually receive.
