OsmoReviews of osmo-official.com

Also die Empfehlung: HÄNDE WEG!!!!!!

Ordering page was really good & easy to use

Site frauduleux. 75,00€ de perdu.

Return process makes it almost impossible to get a refund. Poor quality, took 6 weeks for delivery.

The tablet we ordered is completely useless. Unstable software and the language is in Chinese characters. The day after the tablet was delivered, we notified them that we were sending it back and wanted a full refund. We didn’t hear from them for several days, and they finally replied offering a 25% discount. We have had emails back-and-forth with them since July 26. They eventually offered a 50% discount, which rejected. They finally sent us a return authorization form, but advised us that we have to pay for return shipping. Their own policy states that return shipping is waived for defective products. We emailed them again, requesting a prepaid shipping label. That was several days ago and we still have had no response. I have called their customer service number twice. Each time the line is answered with a recording that says to leave a message, because they’re experiencing an unusually high volume of calls. Needless to say, they have not returned my call. I intend to file complaints with my state AG and the FTC. The company is headquartered in the Netherlands, and I will be filing complaints with the regulatory bodies in the Netherlands and for the EU.
