Osmo HushWave headphones are seriously overpriced. Earcup surround is stiff and doesn't make a good seal, so that outside sounds leak in. Also not very comfortable. Sound is tinny and not very clear for speech. No bass is apparant. It was easy to pair with my laptop, just not worth even this slight effort. I'm sticking with my Bose 35's.

Nous avons acheter un aspirateur osmo en décembre 25. Depuis le début l’aspirateur aspire très mal et à ce jour là batterie ne tient plus la charge du tout. Au début on passait de 30% à 0 après de 70% à 0 et à ce jour de 100% à 0. Malgré plusieurs messages et contact avec la société rien ne bouge et comme indiqué sur l’annonce de vente satisfait ou remboursé on veux qu’on nous rembourse sans succès...un bon conseil foyer cette entreprise vous y serez que gagnant. Entreprise minable!

DELUSO!!!! Ordinato un autoparlante con specifiche come da vostro sito, esempio 24W, arrivato tutt'altro articolo da 5W. Contattato spiegando il problema e dicendo che volevo restituire il prodotto. Mi rispondono accettando la mia decisione ma che le spese di spedizione sarebbero state a mio carico. Cosa che non trovo giusta dato che L'ERRORE E' LORO, NON MIO. Così ho mi è stato “imposto” di accettare la proposta di tenere l’articolo con uno sconto del 50%. Soro rimasto molto deluso dalla situazione, sicuramente non ci saranno più acquisti perché come cliente mi sento “truffato”.

Ich habe gute Osmo EarBuds für 69€ bestellt bekommen, habe ich billigste China Ware, die nichts mit Osmo zu tun hat, weder in Klang , Aussehen noch Qualität den Kopfhörer vom Typ AUDEON/TWS kann man bei chinesischen Händler für fünf Euro erstellen. Das ist Betrug. Ich fordere mein Geld zurück. Auf mein Schreiben an Osmo habe ich keine Reaktion erhalten.

J'ai commandé un robot vitres qui a mis plus d'1 mois pour arriver ,et a été réexpédié le jour même à l'expéditeur, car lors de ma commande une adresse de coiissimo m'a été demandé et non une livraison au domicile, alors forcément GLS n'ayant aucun accord avec la poste, sans délai, à retourner le jour même mon robot.. Depuis j'ai envoyé plusieurs mails a toutes les adresses OSMO et depuis plus d'une semaine aucune réponse.. robot payé par paypal à la commande !!

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!! Unfortunately, I ordered a Boom Buddy Box worth €79.99 through their website. The delivery took almost 3 weeks because the product was shipped from China. That was already a major red flag for me. When the package finally arrived, I was shocked to find a small box containing a cheap Chinese knock-off/alternative of the product I had actually ordered. It was absolutely NOT the product shown or advertised on their website. I contacted their customer service, which is only available by email. It then took 2 full weeks just to receive a response. Their first ridiculous proposal was a 25% refund, while I could either keep the incorrect product or return it at my own expense. If I chose to return it, they would supposedly refund my purchase price after receiving the item. After countless emails back and forth and having to use some very strong language, I eventually managed to get them to agree to a €50 refund. Still nowhere near good enough, but given the risk of ending up with nothing at all, I reluctantly accepted it. My advice: DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY! You receive a completely different and much cheaper product than the one you ordered, delivery takes weeks, customer service is painfully slow, and despite their own mistake, they expect you to pay the return shipping costs yourself. At this point, I seriously question whether this is actually a mistake at all. It feels much more like a deliberate business model: send customers a cheap, completely different product and then try to keep as much of their money as possible by offering ridiculous partial refunds. This has been an absolutely disgraceful and frustrating experience. I paid €79.99 for a product that bears no resemblance to what I actually ordered. Do yourself a favor and stay away from this company. Don't get ripped off like I did.
