Quick and easy

I'm hoping the product is as good as it sounds

We were shipped the wrong product. The communications with the OSMO support department were misleading and completely fraudulent in many cases. There is no phone number to call to deal with issues. We ordered a trail camera for my wife's birthday that had very high reviews. We finally received the shipment on 08/27/2026 which was not the camera we ordered. We ordered a cellular camera and instead they shipped us a low cost wifi camera that had poor reviews.

Ease of use hope it works
