Walking without pain
I ordered two pairs of shoes, loved the fit because it was perfect in USA sizes. They feel Great! I’ll probably order another pair for sure. I have diabetic neuropathy and also Arthritis in both feet. Those shoes are so Comfortable and the right kind of shoe my Pediatrist recommended. ❤️❤️❤️

The footwear is great I would grade it…
The footwear is great I would grade it a 150 out of 100. I would most definitely highly recommend it to anyone that wants to buy them.

The shoes are huge on me
The shoes are huge on me, they are heavy and are not anything I could wear. They have a very strong chemical order as well. I have contacted customer service at least 4 times and have no answer on how to return them. No one has answered me back. It took a really long time for them to get here, I believe at one point it said they were passing through customs. So this company is a sham!!! DO NOT ORDER THESE SHOES OR WORK WITH THIS COMPANY!!

Well this was the first time ordering… and it took forever
Well this was the first time ordering from them.it took forever for my sneakers to get here . When they got here they had them in a nice bag which was nice .when I tried them on they were a little big cause they said on there size if you wear a 9.5 size do a size up .so I did n they are a little big so now I have 2 pair of sneakers that are to big.do I send them back and wait forever again .I don't know what to do .but they are nice sneakers .

Excellent customer service
The shoes are fantastic, at least that's what I hear from the person I donated them to. The customer service has been polite, respectful and very timely. The packaging is good. Seems like you are doing things in a positive way.

Company will work with you if there is a problem
The size of my shoes were what I ordered based on the recommendations on the site but when they arrived the shoes were about an inch too big. When I inquired about it they said don't go off my normal shoe size, instead measure your foot and go of a new size chart they sent me. After some back and forth, I will be getting the right size (I hope) and I don't have to pay for shipping for the new pair. I am looking forward to wearing them.
