Its 0 stars.Do not buy fake shoes! After a month later, I received the long-awaited package and was ready to return it as soon as I opened it. The quality is terrible, cheap, and smells like plastic. It's from China! I didn't even know it. I ordered a women's size US 8.5 and received a size 10. There's no soft support whatsoever! I feel like I'm walking on concrete . I don't trust them. After 100 emails, they finally gave me a return address, saying I have to pay for shipping myself. At first, they gave me 25% refund & keep the shoes. I said NO! Then they gave me a 50% refund and keep them! But I don't want these shoes even for a 100% refund. Marshal's is a better choice! People! Don't buy plastic shoes from China! I'm very, very disappointed. I'm returning them and I don't recommend anyone even try them! Not even for free. Don't waist your time & $. And you have to pay your own shipping. It's 80$ to send back to China!. They are not real shoes. I don't know who wrote the + reviews. I guess they are there own people. DO NOT TRUST

I was requesting for a return and exchange of size. It took them awhile to update with the process.If i didn't follow up and thought of disputing the payment then immediately received a resolution from them.

When I have ordered from Orthora Footwear it's been easy. You just follow the form and it will be easy for you too. I can hardly wait to get my shoes I ordered this time. I think that the company and it's employees are doing a great job just like it is. Nancy

I wear 8.5 shoes and placed my order following their size recommendation. The shoes arrived very late and were extremely big, more like a 9.5 even though the shoe says 8.5. Contacted them to figure out what went wrong, so they asked me to measure my feet and take a picture wearing them. Their size chart shows that a 25cm foot size pairs with 8.5 shoe size, which was what I had ordered. Instead, I've received a giant pair with an 8.5 label on them. They wanted to charge me for the shipping cost for a replacement, which I was not doing since the mistake came from their end. After so many emails back and forth, they had agreed to send me another pair free of charge. The emails went back and forth with the same questions and a full paragraph why Orthora is so "great". They lagged action and it was the most frustrating part. I figure this is a scam that somehow is managing to continue to sell shoes that are not what they advertise. I was so frustrated to spend so much time on this issue, and continue to do it with this review in hopes other people don't fall for it, even if they're desperate to find shoes that help heal their feet pain. This is not ok. There were so many emails back and forth and no exchange, and no refund. They mention their company is going under severe financial issues. So basically they're robbing us. Don't do it.

I'll tell you what went wrong. Your shoes are not comfortable and do not hold up to your claims. As a matter of fact 2 days in and they are already coming apart. I have contacted via email because apparently your website is having issues. My guess is financial issues because you are lying to customers. I got a response via email that tell me they can't hold up their end of the 45 day guarantee or your money back because well that's an older pair of the shoes and they now have new and improved that I can buy. BS. You are a lying predatory company and I will be contacting the BBB about you. I would never have spent 90 dollars on shoes that didn't come with a satisfactory guarantee. So now I'm stuck with a pair of your crappy shoes and nobody will stand behind your company claims. That's my review. Don't buy from this company.

It was easy to order , helpful information about the shoes..checkout was simple. I can't wait to try the shoes out...

The process was a nightmare. Firstly the shoes took a long time to get to me. Once they did found the shoes to be really flimsy and had no support for my feet. Once I put them on felt instant pain in my feet. Took them off and reached out for a refund. Was written to by email from founder with offers to get another pair at 50% then some type of credit. Which for me eas not a option as the shoes hurt my feet. The. Was written back again told if I wanted a refund I send shoes to China and expected to pay up to $80 just ship the shoes. I mean this was ridiculous. Then after I wrote told them I was escalating to my bank they finally gave me a refund. All in all my experience was ok at best will not be recommending these shoes.

Horrible company! Couldn't cancel order after made, even same day! Several emails back and forth didn't stop them from shipping shoes I couldn't wear. They absolutely won't pay for return shipping which is prohibitive for consumer due to cost of shipping back to China. If you hit that order button, they're yours to keep!
