DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY!
Took forever to get them. They run HUGE! A full size bigger. Trying to get an exchange and it's just auto reply of suck it up you're not getting anything but 50% off our NEW better shoe. DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY!!! It's cheap China crap. Feels like something off TEMU. I'm contacting my CC company to get my money back since you can't get help with an exchange. UPDATE Someone else reached out to me after I posted and tried for the 3rd time to receive help. Weird that I emailed a different person (She asked for a review of the shoes before I even received them.) but Susan the "owner" was the one to respond to that email address. I'll let y'all know if I actually get replacements.

Took long time to receive my order…
Took long time to receive my order (10/16)and the only way to communicate was thru email-the representatives I interacted with were very helpful -only wished there was a customer service number to call

I had to check out as a guest. Trying the other way kept asking for a confirmation code that was being sent to my phone but I never got. Other than that I was good

Ordering from Ortho was quick & easy
Ordering from Ortho was quick & easy. Each product was described to have a customer know the quality & price. It seemed to want to give me a discount but I could not figure how to make that work. I’m anxious to receive the new sneakers.

I purchased two pair of shoes based on…
I purchased two pair of shoes based on a Facebook commercial I saw for this company on September 15th 2026. My Hope was that it would relieve the foot pain that expensive shoes had not relieved from plantar fasciitis. It took almost 3 weeks for the shoes to arrive and when they did they looked nothing like the advertisement (very cheap) and they were horribly uncomfortable, even after just a few minutes. You could tell they were nowhere near what was advertised on TV, both in looks and comfort. Contacted the company to request to return for a full refund and have been getting the runaround ever since. The company now claims that they're having money difficulty which would explain why they sent me a garbage shoe instead of what was advertised in the pictures. This company is obviously going under so save your money and look elsewhere do not purchase from them! I guess it's back to Amazon so that way I can return it easily instead of throwing away good money!

Need to work on how they fix mistakes.
Ordering and finding my shoes was not an issue. However the shipping took more than a week longer than it said it would, they couldn't give me tracking information when I requested it so i thought they were lost, and I got two pairs that were supposed to be the same size but were not. Both pairs said they were women's 9 on the inner tag but one was way larger than the other pair. It measured out to be a size 12 not women's 9. When I requested a refund I was given a sob story about how their poor company cant afford the refund and all they could give me was some vouchers to buy more. But when the trust is gone I no longer want to buy more. The next solution was to have me pay shipping to get a new pair sent to replace the size 12 pair that I cannot wear but that I must pay the shipping. So I waited forever for shoes that were defective in their sizing, and then had to pay more to get them to fix the mistake. Not a great experience.
