These shoes are so cheap and uncomfortable. They will NOT stand up to a 12 hour shift. they have no support at all. After contacting customer service regarding a refund they tried twice to have me purchase more shoes instead of returning the ones I received. See below for one of the emails from them: Thank you for getting back to me, and I completely understand the voucher isn't right for you. I want to be honest with you about where we are. I put every dollar we had into our new shoe, because I truly believe in our vision of helping people who are on their feet all day feel comfortable again. That means there's no money left in the bank right now, and I'm doing everything I can to keep Orthora going. Still, I don't want you left with shoes that aren't working for you, so I've found one more way to help. I can send you a brand-new pair for just $14.95. That's about a quarter of what a pair normally costs, and it barely covers what it costs us to get it to you. It's honestly the most I'm able to do, but it matters to me that you end up happy with your Orthora shoes. Your new pair would ship quickly, I will process it right away and you're welcome to keep your original pair to give to a friend or family member. Thank you again for your patience and kindness.
