Hi Mary, We’re truly sorry for the confusion around the discount and promotion. We completely understand how frustrating it can be when the pricing and offers aren’t clear, especially when you were expecting a lower price or a free pair. We’d really appreciate the opportunity to look into this for you. Unfortunately, we weren’t able to locate your order using the information available in your review. If you could email us your order number, the full name used for the purchase, or the email address used at checkout, our team will be happy to review the order and clarify exactly what you were charged and which promotion was applied. Please contact us at [email protected], and we’ll do our best to get this sorted out for you as quickly as possible.
