Love these shoes
I ordered two pairs. One of the shoes came a bit bigger than the other one. I contacted Customer Service and they handled everything professionally. I love the shoes! I have a wide foot and they fit perfect. I'm telling everyone I know to purchase these shoes.

Disappointed!!!
I ordered a pair of shoes and when delivered they were too small. The company replaced that pair at no additional cost. The problem I have is the replacement pair appears to be the same size as the original pair. The only marking on both pairs is a number 44 on the bottom. The company position is that since they sent a replacement already they can only give me a 10% refund or a 25% store credit. And I can keep the shoes that don't fit! Not acceptable.

Hi Dan, We’re truly sorry to hear about your experience and completely understand your disappointment. This is not the experience we want you to have, especially when the replacement pair appears to have the same sizing issue. Upon checking, a member of our team is already working with you to review the situation and find a fair resolution based on our policy. We sincerely appreciate your patience while we work to address your concerns. Thank you for bringing this to our attention and for giving us the opportunity to make things right. Orthora Footwear

Ordering was so easy!
It was easy to find the shoes I was looking for in the color and size I want. It would be REALLY helpful to have a way to compare the different types of shoes so we can know which ones are the best for our needs. I went with the Orthora Pro, but I couldn't tell if it was different than the Shift Pro or some of the other ones.

Hi D J Vellom, Thank you for your thoughtful feedback! We’re glad to hear that you found the ordering process easy and were able to find the color and size you wanted. We also appreciate your suggestion about having a comparison guide. The Orthora™ Pro and ShiftPro™ are different styles, with their own designs and features, so we understand how comparing them side by side could make choosing easier. We’ll definitely keep your feedback in mind as we continue improving the shopping experience. We hope you enjoy your Orthora Pro shoes! Orthora Footwear

Do not buy Orthoa Footwear
Do not buy Orthoa Footwear, they do not honor their return policies. They offered a exchange only or 30% refund and if you don't pick one they cut and past a reply you quit emailing them so they will no longer reply.

Hi R Flem, We’re truly sorry to hear about your experience. This is not the experience we want you to have, and we sincerely apologize for the frustration this situation caused. We’d also like to clarify that we do offer exchanges, returns, and refunds, depending on the circumstances and the applicable policy. We’re sorry if our previous communication left you with a different impression. I’m truly sorry about your experience, and we’d love the opportunity to make this right. Unfortunately, I wasn’t able to locate your order using the information available in your review. If you could email us your order number, the full name used for the purchase, or the email address used at checkout, I’ll personally have our team look into this and work to resolve it as quickly as possible. Please reach out to us at [email protected]. Thank you for bringing this to our attention. We genuinely appreciate the opportunity to review your case and assist you further. Orthora Footwear
