I will be honest
I will be honest. I got a pair of shoes from you guys in June. I just starting wearing them this week in preparation for a trip in September. They are a 8 1/2 but my feet hurt, as I think they run small. I’ve just ordered them this week same pair in a size 9, and hope they will be a better fit. My ?? Is— I know it’s over 60 days but as I said, I’ve only worn them 3x. Can I return them ?? Please help me. Linda F

Need to go 1 size bigger than your shoe size
I just received my shoes today. I tried them on and going by the shoe size you have are one size smaller than when you by shoes in the store. I love my black and blue ones. The black and purple ones are tight and hard to get on. But it might because right now they are swollen. I hope they work for the type of work I do. I work in a warehouse and on my feet a lot. I would like to give it more time to see how it really feels/ works.

Ordered my shoes on Aug 24 and still…
Ordered my shoes on Aug 24 and still shows info received a week later. Contacting a representative per email was not helpful as they gave the same vague information. Who knows where my order is or if its even coming. Not a good experience

The shoes are heaven sent
The shoes are heaven sent. Especially for my daughter who has chronic pain in the balls of her and her heels. My daughter measured incorrectly and when I let the company know I needed a different size. They didn't just send me the size I asked for, they emailed me and explained to me how to make sure I received the correct size. That was so helpful because the size I asked for was still the wrong size. So, not only did I get the correct size, but they shipped it out so fast. I am very happy with the shoes and the company!

The customer service team responded to my email prompt. Even so, I do not wish to keep the sneakers. They did not fit my feet well. I would like to return them for a refund. Please assist me in retuning them. Thank you. Susan Sinotte

So far everything is great
So far everything is great! If the product arrives in the next couple of days I will call it exceptional and if the product is what I hope and make my woman as happy as I hope then I will say overall can't be beat and forever grateful!

Disgusting company
I made a purchase. It took almost three weeks to receive my shoes. Once I received them, they are way too big for my feet. My feet swim in them and they are totally unusable by me. They don’t have a phone number for customer service, only email. I kept sending emails to find out how to return them. The company responded three times telling me my purchase was on the way; when, in fact, I had received them. After fourth email, I received the answer that they would exchange the shoes for a $9.95 fee and I was responsible for the return to China postage. What a terrible mistake this was!!! Don’t get involved with this company!!!! If I could rate them a zero or below, I would have!!!!
