SCAM...I wear a 9 to a 9 1/2 in a shoe. Your product comes in whole sizes after size 9. So I went with a 10. I ordered 2 pair. When I receive them, I tried them on and they looked like clown shoes. Your policy says return after 45 days wear test and easy returns. In order to return your product, that I tired on and took off a minute later. I needed to prove with pictures that I never wore them and they still look new, I did! After contacting customer service, they said they would contact me and tell me how to return them. I had to contact them two more times before they even reached out to me in a two week period. This was their response to me. Return for Refund If you prefer a full refund, I can accommodate the return. Please note: The shoes must be unused and in good condition. You would need to cover the return shipping costs and any applicable customs fees. Return shipping is estimated at $20–$80 because the parcel must be sent to our overseas warehouse. All shipping fees and applicable duties must be prepaid before sending the parcel. If the return is not prepaid, we will not be able to receive it. Once the shoes are received and inspected, I’ll process a refund for the product cost. Handling fees are non-refundable.
