I really like these insoles. They fit into all of my shoes and are very comfortable. I feel like they are helping me to correct my walk and reducing the strain on my hips. The only thing I do not like is they squeak so when I walk they make noise. I wear them any way tho because they help me.

I ordered the high arch support insoles and they were a little too much for my flat feet. I submitted a request for a refund and got a response super fast. Instead of just giving me the refund, which they were offering to do, they offered to replace them with the low arch support insoles. I’m very pleased with the effort to offer multiple options with zero salesman push. I would recommend this company 100%
