Everything went well, from navigating the website & purchasing, to plenty of communications & updates during transit, then delivery. The girls at the other end are fabulous. Plus, the item works a treat - very supportive & comfortable.

I ordered the two sets of high arch insoles, but when I got them I realised that they were very bad for my feet, so I ask to return them. The reply was that I could get 60% of my money back or I could get one set of the low arch insoles which where also cheaper than the high arch. And some text about how this would benefit both parties. I wrote to them that on the website they have free returns no questions asked, and complained to them that this seemed very much like a scam. In the end they sent my money back. Seeing the reply, I feel that it's standard business to them to scam people out of getting what they promises on their website.

Ordering was easy. I wear a size shoe 10 in womens but found that the insole was a tad bit short. Will have to order the next size up and cut them I guess. It did seem to take a little longer than expected to receive them but otherwise was good.

I used a specialized orthopedic insole made in Brazil for 12 years. Here in the United States, I started using OrthoFlexx and found it to be better than the one I used before. It was a great experience. The only thing I need to test is its durability, because regarding foot pain, it is extremely effective. I recommend it.
