I am certain that the insoles are good for many people, just not for me since I have a high arch. After purchasing the "high arch" insoles and realizing they were not deep enough in the heel to keep things steady nor the arch high enough, I ask for the "money back" guarantee. A lovely email arrived where they offered me 60% or they would send another "lighter" set? We will see what happens but since they are publishing high ratings on Trustpilot, it appears a true review of the customer service practice is worth a read.

They promote a rigid, non flexible max arch some. I can easily push it down with my finger. Not great.

Versand ging schnell. Leider ist hier nicht die arede von "hoher Wölbung" und "extrem robuste Unterstützung des Fußgewölbes, die auch bei anhaltendem Gewicht und Druck nicht zusammenbricht". Ich trage seit Jahren Einlagen. Mal speziell angefertigt, mal aus diversen Handelshäusern. Diese hier sind nichts außergewöhnliches, sondern einfache Einlagen, wie man sie auch anderweitig erhält. Dafür finde ich den Preis zu hoch.
