Honestly tried others that were either more step up for padding or the arch was too high. These work great if I need more support I just go with a thicker sock. I where a 14 size and weigh 350 and am a avid none runner.

Since using these insoles my knee pain has decreased significantly. Due to the decreased pain I have been able to increase my weekly run mileage dramatically.
