The first pair I purchased were a little too raised for me so I ordered another pair. While the other pair was being delivered, I tried a zero drop shoe which I really liked. So, when the second pair of Ortho Flexx arrived, I wanted to return them unopened. I couldn’t navigate the return process online so I wound up emailing the company three times and Calling three times leaving a message. That total is six contacts. None of my messages either by phone or by email were returned, and therefore I had to keep the product and I was never able to return them. There was no reason for them not to get back to me other than the fact, they wanted to keep the money for the sale they made. Do not recommend and by the way the first pair wasn’t even comfortable. They are just on a shelf in my closet and I’m getting ready to give them to Goodwill. Thank you, Ortho Flexx for not getting back to me so I was able to give you this terrible review.

Terrible….just terrible. What you see is NOT what you get. Made/shipped from China, zero high arch support and they kind of stink, like they were preowned? DO NOT BUY. DO NOT BUY. DO NOT BUY

Extremely over priced

I bought two pairs of inner soles and put a pair in my shoes as I have fasciitis and sought the relief as advertised. It was immediately obvious that the arch support did not sit under my foot correctly and instead of helping, made the pain much worse. I still had an unopened pair so sought the 30 day refund guarantee. No response to my email. This is a very pushy company and a substandard product. There are plenty of other companies who have better products as I found out. Avoid Orthoflexx.

I bought these for my son. He has been wearing them for sometime now.. He put them in his work boots and he just told me the other day that nothing changed he still has foot pain.

I’m very disappointed with my experience. The company advertises a 30-day trial guarantee, but in reality, if you actually use the product, they won’t refund your money. That completely defeats the purpose of a “trial” and feels very misleading. On top of that, the product itself is not good. The sole is too soft in the front, which makes it really difficult to put into shoes properly. Trying to adjust or exchange it is also a hassle. Most importantly, it’s not comfortable at all. Instead of helping, it actually caused more pain. Overall, between the misleading return policy and the poor quality, I would not recommend this product.

Really bad pain after using these insoles. They crushed my right heel and made my plantar much much worse. I’ve since had trouble walking and have needed hundreds of dollars in PT. My best advice is to buy proper insoles like Currex as these have actually helped me.
