Ortho BalanceReviews of ortho-balance.co

After a nearly 2 week wait for these shoes, they arrived in only a plastic covering. The shoes looked small as soon as I unwrapped them. Checking the size, I found that it was indeed a pair of US 13 mens, but in trying them on, I found that I could not even fit my foot in the shoe comfortably. I sized them next to my HOKA size 13 and found that they were nearly a full inch shorter. I contacted the company within 12 hours of delivery and explained the sizing, asking for a full refund. They replied with a denial of their standard $17.99 'restocking fee' and offer to me to purchase another pair at a discounted price! I cannot vouch for the wear of the shoe as I cannot even wear them. But, if the product is anything like the company that services them, 'buyer beware'!

I would not deal with this company again. As noted on other reviews, the sizing is small, so the shoes did not fit. Returning them needs persistance to get the address, and then you need to pay delivery to USA. The company do not follow UK law, so charge you £17.99 restocking. In effect you can write off anything that does not fit.

Ordered these shoes because they are supposed to have good orthopedic support. They do not. I have been trying to return them for over a month. They have repeatedly offered me a discount but will not send return instructions. Cheap shoes, poor quality. Do not order.

I ordered a pair of shoes in a specific color. After over a month I was informed that they have no stock in that color. They offered me a different color and I declined. We have exchanged 25 emails and the promises they made to refund my money are apparently lies. Worst customer service and dishonest.

I took a chance ordering a pair of these shoes. Had I read the reviews I probably wouldn’t but my experience with this company has been wonderful! I use them at the gym and I have much better stability in these. I had some questions about placing a second order and emailed them. Very helpful and professional.

Same bad experience. Too small. And I even ordered a half size bigger than I usually wear!!! Not comfortable. Couldn’t even wear them around the house for 5 minutes before I had to take them off. I will be donating them but I really don’t even want to do that and cause someone else a problem. I won’t be buying ANY shoes online anymore. Can’t trust ads and marketing gimmicks.

I would give them a zero if I could. I've been waiting almost 4 months now for a pair of their shoes and insoles that were paid in full for. I did get the 1st pair in a little over a month but their shoe sizes run small. I sent them back the next day with a $20.00 restocking fee. Their phone number is fake and customer service takes days to weeks to get back to you with the same generic responses each time. They just keep up the lies and terrible customer service. It's now one week away from being 4 months now. I could have gotten them from the Pony Express by now it would seem. They need to make some serious business changes. Although I don't see that happening because they're making a killing on just returns. Their sizes run small on purpose so you will have to pay a return fee along with the restocking fee they charge you. My mistake was reading their fake reviews instead of the real ones I've read on line. Had I have read the real reviews, I would have never ordered from this dysfunctional company. I've been dealing with a guy supposedly named Aubrey. He has become a very good liar and just keeps sending the same apologetic generic emails. Do not put yourselves in this very frustrating situation. Update. After over 5 months, they are going to refund my card for the shoes and insoles but I'm out $20.00 for a restocking fee. I wonder how many folks are having to pay for this restocking fee when they know their size chart is at least one size too small and the customer ( you ) will certainly have to send the first pair back because what you normally wear will not fit. What a scam they're running. VERY POOR Customer service and fake address and phone number. Sure wish I'd have read the real reviews instead of the ones on their site. Live n learn . I certainly learned and just want to WARN OTHER'S before they contemplate a very bad decision that can be avoided.

It's taken me weeks and weeks to return these shoes. Constant emails offering to give me a partial refund and then FINALLY after stating NO! I want a refund! I returned these crappy shoes (the fit is horrible) and now I am waiting for the "immediate" refund. I had bought "buy one get one"-returned both pairs--they took the restocking for both pair (17.99 x 2). I hadn't even tried the 2nd pair on after trying on one pair. they were returned exactly as sent. This was a lesson I didn't want to learn-no more facebook shopping for me. It never turns out well.
