I would like to give NO star to this company. I bought a pair of shoes on Sept. 6, 2026. My credit card was charged the payment the same day and the amount was paid as well the same day. Today is Sept. 28 and I have not received the shoes nor have I gotten a response to an email I sent. I am surprised that there is nowhere a tel.# for customer service. The company is fraudulent! Unfortunately I didn't read the comments of other customers because then I would have definitely NOT ordered anything. My bad.

The worst in shoes. When they finally arrived past the delivery date. There's no way to contact them. No response to multiple emails or their 24 hr contact link. Their return portal conveniently won't accept my order number to return. They sent the wrong size heels. My shoes came wrapped like garbage. A bag inside a bag inside a bag with a lot of tape. Like a child wrapped it. The quality is surprisingly poor. Their phone states "not available", the mailbox is full. No way to leave a review on their website which is all suspiciously great reviews. I'm already going through my credit card company when I was 5 days past a very late delivery date. Save yourself a lot of aggravation and avoid this company.

I wished I would have read the reviews here but alas I didn't. They were shipped from China alright from some guy named Ding Hong. They keep giving me the run around to get a refund. Luckily I paid through PayPal and hopefully they can resolve this. They sent me a pair of mens shoes instead of a womans. The phone number listed on PayPal for this company does not work. They keep telling me to keep them and buy another pair at a discount. Why would anyone want to do that? Ridiculous and it's my fault because I should have checked first. Update, got nowhere with these people on returning these shoes and PayPal found in their favor! Now I am stuck wirh men's shoes that I can't even wear. Never again will I buy anything advertised on Facebook. I have been scammed 3 times already there. PayPal will not back you up either because they are using AI. They have already changed their name to Empire. Good luck, because I didn't have any.

I ordered the Emma boot and when I received them I was grossly disappointed.  They are nothing like the product that presented in photos online.  The quality is a cheap knock-off of what they are presenting.  This is dishonest marketing intended to deceive customers. They also have a short 7-day return policy at the consumer's expense which is clearly intended to cheat customers rather than offer them reasonable exchange.  They took a long time to ship and I was on vacation when they arrived and so I couldn't make the 7-day window.

No such thing as a return policy. Shoes and company suck!

I ordered from this company via a Pinterest ad. I ordered two pairs of shoes. Everything looked legitimate at first. I received the order confirmation; thank you email; however, a few days later I realize I did not get any type of tracking or any additional communication. That in itself was not a big deal but red flag started going off. I reached out to the company via email because there’s no phone number. I also noticed in their thank you email that they encouraged me to follow them on social, but they have absolutely no social profiles. When I did a little digging, they have horrible reviews. People are never getting orders or they’re taking forever and the quality of the shoes is very poor. I paid through PayPal so I opened up a claim with PayPal that’s currently being investigated. Do not order from this company. They also go by the name of Ortho Balance, or Hike balance. There is no record of the doctor/podiatrist who supposedly guides the design and development, Dr. Campbell. Of course there’s no phone number to call. And you can try to contact him as many times as you want. You’re likely not to get a response. In addition, their website has a banner that says anniversary sale until June 30, 2026, and today is July 31, 2026 so they’re not even keeping their website up-to-date.

The advertisement for them said they were made in the USA. Then after We ordered them found out they were being shipped from China. When we got them my wifes shoes were to small and mine were to big . I wish we had read the customer reviews beforehand and we never would have ordered them . Won’t bother trying to exchange them or get a refund. Not worth the effort.

Account charged, no shoes ever came and no response to several emails to their customer service. Don’t do business with them.
