Sorry I did not read the reviews before purchasing them. The shoes are high, hurt the back of the foot, poor quality, old fashion looking. Afraid of loosing my balance. I tryed 8 emails to return them. Got give them to a friend! Here's a discount coupon to purchase your correct fit! No answers, No answers, No answers, one #9 email and finally read the reviews. I have asked repeatedly to return two pairs. I was told to donate them, and buy another pair for 50% off. No would like the whole amount back. No answer from this company. Don’t waste your money on this nonsense. The shoes range small so a 10 1/2 feel like a nine on your feet. Hurt like hell so uncomfortable not anything a human should wear. The colors are nice the construction is poor in itself.

This company has a terrible return policy. The company representative suggested that I donate the 2 pairs to charity rather than pay for the return and get refund. I strongly objected to this poor policy and insisted on a return address and a full refund. No reply. Very disappointing.

I found them to be a complete scam. order from the u.s., return only to china for more in shipping than the product, they lied about a refund on multiple emails. i would never buy from them again and sorry i did not read all the negative reviews in advance.

Ortho Balance should not be trusted. I ordered a pair of shoes for my wife. She tried them on and immediately said we need to return them (this is the first time she has said this about a gift). Their return policy is a joke. I returned the shoes via USPS four months ago and they refuse to refund the money. They send email after email saying they understand my frustration but they refuse to refund the purchase price. I just figure I lost $100, but I wish they had some accountability and I hope to save others from having a similarly disappointing experience. They are not to be trusted.

I have had these shoes for about 2 months now they are my go-to shoes. They are very lightweight with good arch support. The toe area is nice and wide so no more squished toes. I have already thinking of a second pair.
