I requested for a refund. They then sent 3 emails trying to get me to take the shoes at a discount. I told them I couldn't wear them since they were too small and I just wanted a refund. Finally after the 4th email they gave me their address to send the shoes back to. They said there was a 17.95 restocking fee and I had to pay for shipping. I sent the shoes back with tracking number as they requested. I then sent them another email telling them they had received the shoes. After that email, they said would need more information. So I sent them the same information again and I told them the name of the person who received the shoes. I still haven't received my refund. Please do not use this company. Not worth the headaches.

These are the worst shoes. That is enough to stay away. If you do get a pair, beware the inside has a ridge that runmbs your toes. Trying to return, replace, or refund is impossible. After you send proof they are return at your expense. And have confirmed from UPS they were received; the company quits any correspondence. I got nothing and so paid for them to probably resale defective shoes to someone else. Customer service number isn't connected. SCAM COMPANY.

Buyer beware. I rate this Company zero but not an option. These are cheaply made in China and sized short even tho I bought 2 sizes. Customer service only drags you on with discount offers. They offer you to donate them and then negate refund. Never received refund. Return postage is on you with a pricey restock charge. Just check the phone contact- not a working number and look at address here - where is the state of Dover ? Sounds to me like fraud ! Do not buy!

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE: If I could give a lower star I would. Company seems to be a total scam. I can't find any history or tracking information for my shoes. I have sent several emails to them with no response.

They sent the wrong size. I had to pay to ship back. Told them I wanted a refund because it was taking SO long. They said they had to charge a $17.99 restock fee for an unopened pair of shoes in a box. It’s been over 5 months and I still don’t have a refund. THEY ARE THIEVES!!!

The customer service is awful. The company won’t communicate with me about my order. The tracking process is horrible. I will never order anything from Ortho Balance ever again.

I echo other reviewers' comment about the sizing and return or exchange process. Furthermore, the creepy AI customer service only delivers platitudes with no accountability. I finally repaired the right shoe and stitched the back together by hand so that I can wear them. But I will never use this company again.

I ordered a 2 for 1 deal. Tried on the first pair for one day - too small and actually painful. I sent a picture of their shoe compared to one of mine that fit, thinking their shoe was simply mislabeled. The response was since the pair was worn, it was unreturnable. I sent back the unworn pair, at my expense, and waited over a month for resolution - which included a "restocking charge" against the payment made for that unworn pair. I would not buy another product from this company at gunpoint. Terrible product, terrible policies, terrible experience
