I placed an order on May 12 in desperation of a new pair of hiking footwear for my metatarsalgia. This shoe looked like the perfect solution for my pain. The tracking info came to my email as it came into the states on May 23. Since then, I've been checking the tracking info and it's been "arriving" and "departing" Atlanta, GA every day. I've tried calling the phone number, but it won't go through. I've emailed several times and I keep getting the same response - "it's not lost, so just wait". At this point, I don't think I'll ever get these shoes or see a refund.

Worst pair of shoes I’ve ever purchased. The guarantee includes a $20 shopping expense. Do not buy!

They now go by Orthopedicbalance but it's the same scam company. I never got my delivery and they even set up a fake tracking number. When I emailed them, they said they would look into it, but never responded.

Received three pairs of their shoes, they were not sized according to their chart and did not fit. They agreed to let me return them (at my cost) for a refund minus a ridiculous $17.99 restocking fee. Three months later, I still do not have my promised refund, though they have acknowledged receipt of the shoes. Unfortunately, I have now been waiting past the time allowed to dispute the charge. I agree with others that the shoes looked cheap and likely would not have lasted even if they had been the right size. I have not been satisfied with any part of this transaction, which is a shame because their product idea was good.

I placed an order on March 27,2026 for two pairs of shoes. Within 5 minutes of placing the order, I canceled the order, and requested a refund per their cancellation policy. I immediately received written confirmation that they received my cancellation and requested for refund. Clearly, no product had yet been shipped out, and I was told that I could expect to hear back from them in 24 hours. Over two months later and multiple emails from me addressing this matter, there has been no resolution. All I receive from Ortho Balance are canned responses to each of my emails, telling me that one of their team members will review it soon. Then several weeks go by without any resolution or contact. It is now over two months since the order was placed and the. Immediately cancelled, and still no refund and no product in my possession. The customer service of this company is nothing short of unprofessional, essentially non-existent. I would caution anyone to never do business with this company.

Impossible to reach customer service about exchanging the size of the shoes we ordered. It took 6 weeks to get them in the first place, waaaay longer then originally stated, and now no reply about how to return them and exchange the size. We followed the instructions and tried to reach customer service right away -- there is no phone# to call, just email or web form. It is now past the allowed time frame and after multiple requests for help, still nothing. Guess we will just throw these shoes out. I would NEVER order from this company again!!!!!

Worse company I've dealt with order pair shoes for wife . Wrong size sent out emailed the customer service offered replacement if I paided shipping but I refused saying shouldn't have to pay shipping has it wasn't my fault . Had no response from them when I asked for refunded still on going with no response .

Absolutely horrible customer service. It has been over 6 months to resolve an issue. I ordered two pair of shoes. One pair was out of stock. I didn’t want another color so I requested a refund of the paid for shoes. Six months later no resolution. Worst company I have ever dealt with. Very unethical. Would never do business again with them. Shoes are cheaply made as well. I would give them zero stars if I could.
