First item I ordered broke after 1 use. Contacted company and after a couple of emails back & forth, they replaced the part. It arrived about 21 days later. Have not used it yet but I’m hopeful it will not break too!

Every negative reaction to Ornexis here is valid. This individual who responds is called Anna she is like a recording only by email over and over again trying to get you to keep this fake product! Then after many emails telling you how and what it will take by you to return it which is to CHINA!! Do not make a purchase through them it is a scam.

I would rate this product a 4 as it does what it says with good power; the materials are a bit cheaply made with plastic) And I find that I must-recharge it constantly. As for the customer service and return policies, I would give this company 1 sta with another product which I returned due to poor customer service.

I'm pretty satisfied with the EMS
I'm pretty satisfied with the EMS foot pad. I didn't realize how much the EMS gel had to do with making it work. Once I figured out how to use it made work.
I only wish that it would run a little longer.

Possible defective pad
Received the order in a timely manner. We purchased two, one for my husband, one for me. Mine seems defective in some way. It seems more powerful on the right side. I can’t go any higher than a 1 in any setting because it literally makes my right foot jump. You can see the vein in my foot literally jump. I can hardly feel it on my left foot. But I dare not turn it any higher than 1. I tried my husbands and it was much more even. Still can’t go but maybe a 2. I must be more sensitive than my husband. He can crank it up. Mine will actually cause a muscle spasm or cramp like what you get in the middle of the night that makes you jump out of bed trying to get the pain to stop. That’s what my pad does to me, again, on only a 1. My husband seems to do fine with his. I’m not going to use mine anymore. It hurts.

Everyone's sensitivity to EMS stimulation is different, and some people are indeed significantly more sensitive than others, which can make even the lowest setting feel intense. However, the muscle spasms and cramping you are experiencing are a sign that the intensity may be too high for your body, even at level 1. We would never want you to use a product that causes you pain.

I now have 2 sets of this product. One to travel with and one for home. The easiest product to use. Noticed a distinct decrease in ankle swelling when used regularly...which I'm not good at doing. A welcome addition to my tools for ankle oedema and swollen leg.
The company is easy to deal with and I'm impressed with your follow-up.
Delivery was as advised by the company and arrived in generally good condition. A suggestion I would make is to maybe label the package as fragile, as my box was crushed. Otherwise no complaints.
