TOP NOTCH!
Top notch quality and customer service!! I ended up ordering the wrong belt (which arrived quickly) right before christmas. So I re ordered the.correct belt, which they still managed to get here before.Christmas! When I sent.the other.one.back I received my refund very quickly! I would highly recommend them to anyone and everyone!! Made.to order leather belts! And the.prices are great too.

Quality product
First time with this company, very satisfied. Ordered a week before Christmas and received it on time. Ordered for my carpenter son and he was very happy with the quality of the belt. Would highly recommend this company.

The leather trucker wallet is wonderful!
The leather trucker wallet is just what I wanted. It is well made, seems to be made of finer leather than most wallets.

Slow service
Orion took the maximum amount of processing time but I was told the belt would arrive by the 24th. It is now the 27th and I still have not received my belt. I was disappointed because this item was listed as in stock and I had hoped to give this belt as a gift.

Nice Belt
My husband wanted a belt for Christmas and he said he was tired of having belts that split or fell apart after a year of wearing them. So I looked online for a nicer belt. I came across Orion belts and was impressed that they are made of full grain leather. I read other reviews and almost all were good. I ordered a belt and it arrived quickly. The belt is obviously great quality. I had measured my husband's previous belt to choose the size and the Orion belt fits him perfectly. He really likes his new belt.

Lack of communication
Ordered a belt that was "in stock" according to website. Paid for 2nd day shipping. No communication. Belt shipped 5 days after order so wasted money on 2nd day ship

John, Thanks for taking the time to write a review! We do not actually stock any of the belts, we make every single one to order, that's one of our special features. We have to have the ones that are available for purchase showing as "in stock", otherwise you will not be able to buy them. But we require 2 business days to actually make your belt all year round, except for the month of December, when we require up to 5 business days for production, since that is our busiest season. We try to make sure the customers are aware of that, and there is a message in your shopping cart screen that you should be able to see right before checkout, that explains just that.
