OriginPC met my expectations and then some. They communicated with me from start to finish. They answered any questions I had and I couldn’t be more satisfied. Shipment of my computer was above and beyond. The PC has been awesome. First thing I did was throw a flash drive in to boot to and install Linux. Microsoft is a monopoly.

I recently purchased the new Origin Chronos PC on September 19, and I couldn’t be happier with my decision. This powerhouse, equipped with the Intel Core i9-14900K and NVIDIA GeForce RTX 4080 SUPER 16GB, has exceeded all my expectations, especially for my 3D work purposes. A special shoutout to Bryant and Lex for their consistent support from the moment I placed the order to the present and beyond. Their prompt responses to all my queries regarding package delivery, PC system, and BIOS updates have been invaluable. Their dedication and professionalism are truly commendable. This exceptional customer service is what makes me a returning customer. My last computer from Origin PC lasted an impressive seven years, and I knew I could trust them for my upgrade. Very understanding when my bank stopped transaction because they thought it was fraudulent. Spoke to my bank then messaged sales and customer service so they could run the transaction again and did so very shortly after so they could start building my custom pc right away. Getting updates from the team as my build moves forward in the process which wasn’t expected at all but very awesome. So far so good! I’ll update as it moves even further along the process

i had ordered a PC and monitor. the first transaction you tried failed, and you notified me and i thought i had corrected it. then i rec'd an email saying that the transaction failed again, reason: daily limit or fraud alter. i contacted my bank and made the corrections. called to let my sales person know. this was on 9/23/24. on 9/26/24 i called and asked why the transaction hadnt gone through. i was told by the sales person that "apparently accounting has cancelled and closed out the order". i was never contacted in any way. the rep i spoke to seemed confused and unsure of what he was doing. i asked why i wasnt informed and he really had no answer for me. no offer to try to reopen the order nor offer for me to perhaps do a re-order. i didnt feel that my business was valued, so i told the rep i would just take my business elsewhere. and i did. perhaps the young man was new to the job, so i will give him the benefit of the doubt. never did hear from my assigned sales rep Oliver P. i will not be ordering anything from Origin PC again.

Everything arrived in great condition as well as having extra wires for future upgrades. I truly love how the pc came out and I would recommend these guys a 100%.

They keep their warranty as my PC arrived broken initially. Rebuilt my PC. Customer service is the best. The best. Always available to help (minus midnight hours). Highly recommend Origin and I'll be back.
