Great products and great customer service!

All of the watches that I purchased from them are nothing short of amazing

My husband has been collecting watches for a long time. I bought his first OG watch as a gift. He immediately started getting compliments and questions about where he got it. His collection of OG watches has grown, and I have a few of my own. I do wish that the prices were lower, especially with the current economy. Now, we wait for the awesome sales to add to the collection. The different combinations of woods and metals create unique, interesting, and attractive watches.

You, as a watch brand, nothing is wrong. It is the delivery service you use to deliver your product. Can't get a hold of them through phone call, website does not help, no way to see where my watch is. F Word UPS! Still haven't received watch, after ordering it Jun 19th

My husband has four Original Grain watches, an iwatch band, as well as a ring. I have one watch and I gifted a watch to each of my sons for Christmas. We receive many compliments on the beauty and uniqueness of them all. My husband loves telling the story of his items, especially his military watch and ring. We did have an issue with one watch, which is waterproof, not being sealed correctly and ruined from ocean water. I sent a message to Original Grain with a description and pictures of the defective item and was given an option of refund or replacement. Though the original color was not available we chose a suitable replacement as my husband really liked the watch. We will be customers for years to come.

Original grain produces well made, stylish, and properly priced products. I’ve purchased both wristwatches and sun glasses and couldn’t be happier. Plus I love getting compliments on how great they look. And a tree gets planted. Can’t beat that

The fact that I can assemble the watch myself! I saw a rerun episode on “How It’s Made”, recently and it was great to see how much time and hands on work you do making the watches. Very great episode!!! I’m VERY pleased that you use recycled materials and always plant a tree every time you sell a watch. It’s very important for our environment! Thank you!!! Please try to make smaller diameter watch faces for us women that like the looks of the men’s watches, but are usually too big and heavy for our smaller wrists. Keep making great watches!!!

I love your watches! Yall brought wood and bone and metal together in a complimentary way that most companies do not explore and sold them at a reasonable price. I don't have to promote them because just wearing them starts a conversation. I only had an issue with one and your customer service was amazing and I had a replacement within a week. Keep doing what yall are doing and continue to execute art in the form of your watches through the balance of nature and elements. Job well done guys! Matt Warthan
