I placed an order at 10PM Eastern time and I sent an email with in 30 minutes to cancel the order but the order still shipped. I have been a loyal customer for over 8 plus years and I have purchased over a dozen watches. I guess you don’t have a way to honor your loyal customers when they are having an issue. I have never had this issue with any other watch company. If you had a phone number to call this would not of been an issue and the reason you don’t have a number to call is because you are a small company.

First off it’s not your typical watch. Steel and wood…I love the combination. I now own 6 original grain watches. Just about the time I think I own enough of them, they come up with a new design that I can’t do without. The quality is 1st rate, and after you order, a few days later your beautiful watch arrives. You can size up or down, as with your watch, 2 extra links come with it.

I have about a dozen various types of OG watches over the years and they are amazing! The Wood inlay is top quality.

Have multiple OG watches! With all the different reclaimed woods they use each piece is unique! High quality pieces and great customer service! I highly recommend checking them out!

Very good product and company as a whole very well put together and excellent craftsmanship and immaculate products. And i will definitely buy more if you got more toyota stuff

Well lets start here. I stumbled upon the "Original Grain" website a few years ago and was immediately impressed with the wide array of differently crafted watches from wood !! Since I am a wood worker, as a hobby. I appreciate different species of trees, from around the world. For OG the take an idea, and craft such a wide range of woods into fine watches is pretty impressive. My first order a few years ago was for 2 Whiskey Barrel watches, one for me, the other for my son as a gift. Those watches were 7 purchases ago. This provides testament to the craftsmanship, quality, and company ethics that Original Grain has been able to forge. If I was not in any way satisfied with my purchase, I would not have bought 6 more watches. The bonus in all of this is - for every watch purchased a tree is planted, replenishing the supply. Keep adding to a great product line is all I can say !! Thank YOU !!!

Would have gave a 4.75 but it wasn't a option. 5 Stars are perfect, reserved for my God and Savior. My OG watches ( I own 10 ) were exactly as advertised, Stylish, Functional, and enduring. Ordering was easy, and delivery was fast. I'll buy more in the future.

This purchase was my tenth watch from Original Grain. Each one is beyond stylish and they are quality time pieces. The watches I have purchased from four other companies are sitting in a drawer mostly not working. The very 1st watch I purchased from OG years ago is still my favorite and hasn't lost a second!
