I didn't like the shipping charge defaulting to a premium rate and having to choose free shipping. That seems misleading. Also, I easily removed 2 links from my watch when all your instructions said was take it to a professional. Better information on that would be good just add a warning. The watch is awesome.

I've been trying to unsubscribe from the multitude of emails I receive from them. Never been a customer. When I contacted them they told me that I had to highlight the email and/or change my background color to see the link. Did that, no link. They kept telling me it was there. I looked it up and the law says it must be obvious. If it takes me this much trouble to find it, then they are not operating honestly and I wouldn't want to buy from them either.

Had to return it the same day I received the watch. It would freeze and stop keeping time. Right out of the box, it was a such a bummer. Good looking watch but need to work on internal mechanical quality. From what I hear and read, the internals are actually all from Asia. Wish I knew that before I bought it.

I recently ordered for the first time and couldn't have been more impressed. My order came within just a few days and I even had the watch engraved. Quality looks super nice. I got a watch to give to my fiancé on our wedding day and a necklace for my stepson. They won't get it for a couple months so I can't comment on how the quality will hold up, but I'm expecting them to do great. They were shipped in really wonderful packaging as well. I love that the watch came in a wood box. Every detail has been awesome and I would definitely continue to support this company. Kuddos!
