Had Amazon take care of payment, so shipping address was changed at the last moment. Contacted admin and was told that it would be taken care of. Just received shipping confirmation AND it is being sent to the wrong address anyway. Very annoyed.

Upon purchase, I got an email saying that I'd get tracking information in 72 hours. One week after that email, my purchase was still processing. I finally got a tracking number, and it will be a little over 2 weeks before it's delivered. I gave 2 stars instead of 1 because I can handle waiting 2 weeks, but I don't appreciate being lied to. Just be honest and stop the 72 hour nonsense.

Still waiting on my order 32289, tracking status just shows as delayed. Customer service have been appalling, can’t give me any further info regarding the delay or even advise how much longer it will take and I am finding it very difficult to get an answer from them. Edit: after several emails, a new order was dispatched. I do rate their products but unable to give 5* due to the initial difficulty with customer service/courier. After numerous emails I did eventually get through to someone who assisted, persistence is key! Would be really helpful if they offered another method of contact for international customers.

I have emailed twice. You do not respond. Products delivered without notice to hot mailbox in 105 degree temps. Samples were melted. Products so hot they had to be refrigerated.

I am extremely disappointed with my experience ordering from this shop. The shipping process is unbearably slow, taking an unreasonable amount of time for my order (#274416) to be delivered. Despite receiving multiple emails claiming that my order has been shipped, when I check the status with USPS, it shows that the order does not exist. I have sent several emails to the shop seeking clarification, but I have not received any response. This level of customer service is unacceptable, and I strongly advise others to avoid this shop.
