Upon purchase, I got an email saying that I'd get tracking information in 72 hours. One week after that email, my purchase was still processing. I finally got a tracking number, and it will be a little over 2 weeks before it's delivered. I gave 2 stars instead of 1 because I can handle waiting 2 weeks, but I don't appreciate being lied to. Just be honest and stop the 72 hour nonsense.

I never received my tracking info within the 72 hour window and it took multiple email and phone attempts to get someone to respond to me with an update.

I understand the times we are currently in but shipping has taken way too long. Not only that, but you’re pretty much left in the dark about when your items will ship until they actually do. There’s no way to check the status of your order. One of the items I ordered is apparently back ordered but that wasn’t disclosed anywhere on the website otherwise I wouldn’t have purchased it. I haven’t yet received my items so I don’t know that they’re even legit but this whole process has seemed sketchy so upon receiving my items, I’ll stick to only shopping with ACTUAL authorized retailers. UPDATE: response to the company’s reply: no, you did not give me an option for refund for the back ordered item. 2ND UPDATE: I received my refund for the back ordered item and received my other 2 items by mail which I am pleased about. However, they will not stop emailing me about editing my review and I don’t like that.

Everyone needs to some expectation of the delay during these times even prime products are coming within 2 weeks.

Last time I placed an order, my credit card was charged for an item but it was back ordered and I didn’t receive it for a month and a half. This time I ordered an item, which I have ordered in the past, but instead of receiving the jar I was expecting I received a promotional box that contained a tube of the item I wanted plus two other items. When I select an item based on the picture and description on the website, that is what I expect to receive. I don’t trust the website or the company anymore. I did contact you in both instances. In the first I just received many apologies for the delay. The point is you shouldn’t have charged my credit card until the merchandise actually shipped. In the second, I was told I did get what I ordered. The point is the picture of the product on your website, which I had ordered in the past, did not match the product I received. If you’ve change the product, change the website. I have no faith now that what I SEE and order from your website is what I’ll get.

While I eventually received what I ordered -- I had to send back the wrong order plus wait for the product I needed for about a week. The company should have had the product on my doorstep within a day of when I contacted them. They did not offer me anything but an apology for their mistake. They should have issued a refund.
