I received the wrong product and it took three days to get a response. Once the order was corrected I received the order within two days.

The ordering process was somewhat simple but your chat feature leaves much to be desired. I inquired (based on your product promotion) what constitutes the size of a grape. Your site says that you absorb 500mg of magnesium with a portion "the size of a grape" Your representative simply said it was 6oz, and she said it twice when I mentioned the description on the site. Now I doubt that I need to use the entire jar to absorb 500 mg of mag. After 2 tries, I simply gave up with your chat rep. I decided to order the product anyway and I will continue to try to understand how much the size of a grape is in a more acceptable form of measurement;

I placed an order for two items. Only one was received with a note the other was back ordered and it was the item I really wanted. There is no indication of an anticipated ship date and it did not indicate it was back ordered when I placed the order.

your prices are fair. i like that. however, it was imposible for me to get to the amount of money that will benefit me with a free shipping. i dont like to spend money on shipping, so im usually buying another small thing that covers the shipping. another thing, is i expect mesenger on the chat to be redy to help and unswer my questions. i felt im not getting the help i needed. thanks so much for listening

Although the hand cream and lotion smelled good, it was very thin and runny. Not creamy at all.

I love your selection and the ease of ordering products--- but---at the check out, I CHOSE PAYPAL and what happened was the Amazon PAY window came up AFTER i entered my password for Paypal. Very confusing and also if I continues with it, I would have possibly been charged twice. I kept going back twice until it finally showed up again for Paypal and then placed the order. Something is definitely wrong with the system... thanks for having the survey so I could tell you this- great selection of products though!! :-)
