Still waiting on my order 32289, tracking status just shows as delayed. Customer service have been appalling, can’t give me any further info regarding the delay or even advise how much longer it will take and I am finding it very difficult to get an answer from them. Edit: after several emails, a new order was dispatched. I do rate their products but unable to give 5* due to the initial difficulty with customer service/courier. After numerous emails I did eventually get through to someone who assisted, persistence is key! Would be really helpful if they offered another method of contact for international customers.

great source for organic skin care products. I use Ilike products and they can be hard to find. I'm a little spoiled by Amazon's turnaround time so wished the delivery was faster, but unlike Amazon they had every thing I wanted.

Physiodermie products are wonderful and well worth the money. Only reason I did not give 5 stars is because it took 12 days to get my package and I paid for extra shipping. This is atypical of Organic Skincare, so maybe it was just a mishap??

All perfect with one order but got wrong product on second order. Vendor was quick to apologize and send a return label and resend the correct product. I was very satisfied with the response.

The product is wonderful, but delivery was delayed (Organic Skin Care apologized) and the glass of one of the items I ordered broke and drained into the Amazon envelope. Organic Skin Care promptly reimbursed me.

It was for my mom! She loves it! Customer service experience was nice. It took about 5 days to get to my place. No charge for shipping and they kept their word.
