There was a website issue, by email I was asked to call them. Which I did, I got through to the same person that emailed me, Nikki, she was so helpful and friendly and efficient! Very please. Excellent 👍

If only it were possible to leave a mixed star rating... I bought a weed burner, after getting a very quick and helpful response to a question I'd emailed. The burner seemed well-designed and was very easy to assemble. However, it didn't work, only producing warm air that had no effect on the tiddliest of weeds - hence one star. However, the customer service I received was impeccable. I received a very quick and courteous response to my complaint from Hannah, informing me that a refund had been issued - so definitely deserving of five stars. I'm therefore unsure about whether I'd buy from this company again, having seen some of the other recent reviews. There are obviously some issues with the quality of the products, which hopefully will be addressed in the near future, but they've got a cracking team of guys working in Customer Service!

Love the products, and very helpful customer service from Lisa who took my order over the phone, as I was having some issues using the website. Lisa was friendly and professional, and I nowawait delivery of my gardening items and plants...

Ordered a single cucumber plant in an offer at £3.99, intended to order the treble up offer ( 3x plants) for £4.99. 1 x Peat-Free 9cm Potted Plant £5.99 NOW £3.99 3 x Peat-Free 9cm Potted Plants £17.97 NOW £4.99 - SAVE £12.98! Called to ammend the order, the operator could not see the offer I had been sent so took the £4.63 ?? I paid for the single plant and charged me another £7 meaning the £4.99 offer cost me £11.63 plus, I called back to query and was given an additional £2.38 refund. Also your delivery charges are excessive. Unsubscribed from your mailing lists, feel cheated, lesson learnt.

Last year the plants were great - this year, disastrous. A few arrived in good condition and well packed, but 2 of 3 tomatoes and all 9 bean plugs were atrocious - and so dry, and badly packed, that it was inevitable they would fall out of their pots and get further damaged. The tomatoes were a replacement for an order that never arrived (no notification given), and were already very late for starting off tomatoes; the 2 which died had clearly never been planted up into the pots in which they arrived, as there was not a single root outside the original plug ball. And the beans - also hopelessly late for planting - looked like bean sprouts which had been in a car crash: all long and thin, and most of them broken. At least the refund arrived quickly. I shall not be using them again.

If only I checked the reviews before ordering. Four items. Two dead on arrival. One never arrived. Customer service very polite but I suspect they're overworked with complaints.

I have used this company for some years and been very happy with my plants(well packaged in great condition) Sorry to say this is no longer the case.Plants arrive dead or almost dead after complaints I was sent replacement (also dead) i am now being ignored by cust service after being given 1 refund.This company owns 3 gardening companies which were independent all with the same results, plants arriving dead or in poor condition.Tomato and pepper plants i saved are now well behind how they should be.Can't find words for this companies dreadful service.Other people i have spoken to have same problems.
