We are sorry to hear that you were disappointed with the organic seed range. All our seeds that are certified organic are clearly labelled "organic" in the title. All our other seeds have been produced using organic growing methods however due to various factors may not yet have the certification of being organic. There are still gaps where no organic seed is available, and our aim is to fill these when we can. Until that time we will continue to offer high quality, non-organic seed of varieties that have been shown to perform well in organic gardens, providing our customers with the widest possible choice. We do apologise that you have been disappointed with the service received, this does not sound like the service we strive to provide and we are sorry for the inconvenience this has caused. We despatch our goods with the couriers in good faith that they will delivery the plants as quickly as possible and apologies that this hasn't happened. We need to send out our products when they are at the optimal condition for growing on and therefore stock is sent out when next ready and apologies if this has taken longer than we would like to get the replacements out to you, we can see that you have requested for the second replacements to be cancelled and refunded.
