We do apologise for the disappointment with your order this year. We pack our orders in prime condition and expect them to be delivered in a few days in the same state and we are sorry that this was not the case. We assume that as you have contacted our customer service team direct they have refunded your order but we appreciate this does not make up for the disappointment and loss. Kind Regards, Amy, Organic Customer Care

We are sorry to hear that you have been disappointed with the service received. Our £6.99 delivery charge is standard and this can often cover the delivery of multiple plants over multiple deliveries and we feel this is a standard charge for the delivery of delicate products. We would normally expect our plants to be delivered within 48 hours of despatch and although on occasion things can happen which extends the delivery time this is not what we would normally expect. If the plants do ever come in poor condition please do let our customer service team know and they will always try their best to offer a resolution. Kind Regards, Amy, Organic Customer Care

I am sorry to hear of the disappointment with your order. I am not able to look at the details of your query as you have not left us an order number. Our bare rooted strawberry plants are sent out in a dormant state and will arrive looking brown and like they are dead. Once planted they will soon produce new green growth and should grow away well. If you wish to further this with ourselves please email us at [email protected]. Kindest regards, Naomi, Organic Customer Care.

We are sorry to hear that you were disappointed with the quality of some of the products received. Unfortunately our next stock of Rhubarb was not available until next year as this years stock was sold out and we are sorry that we were unable to replace these for you. A refund has been arranged and we appreciate your disappointment in this area. Seeds packaged in 2022 would certainly not be old and most seeds are viable, if stored correctly, for years after packing. Our seeds continue to be regularly checked for their performance and we try not to throw away seeds that are still perfectly viable. If a seed did ever have poor performance rates then we would of course then look to replace these for you and we are sorry for any confusion by the original replacement. We do appreciate your comments and will pass on your feedback. Kind Regards, Amy, Organic Customer Care
