According to the tracking info, my order was with Whistl the very next day. They in turn handed off the seed part of the order to Royal Mail the next day, fine so far, then nothing more until it arrived today, the 13th. That is slow, even for second class. The garlic bulbs arrived very quickly, but rattling around in a too-big box, no padding, so there was plenty of room to accommodate my seed packets. A new order-filling system ifs needed at the very least, and perhaps a better way to ship orders. Unnecessary stress, wondering what had happened, and thinking I was going to have to spend valuable time tracking down the shipment I thought was lost.

I assumed that because I was buying from the organic gardening catalog that all the goods would be organic. How naive of me! I obviously didn’t read the small print . My runner beans were not organic not my potatoes. How sad and depressing. I will definitely not use this company again - hiding unhealthy veg strains within an organic veneer. Not good !!!

Thank you for your feedback. We do aim to provide clear and accurate information about our products and apologise that the description of the runner beans and potatoes wasn't clear enough for you. We value your feedback and will review our product descriptions to ensure they are as accurate and transparent as possible. Kind regards, Hannah The Organic Gardening Catalogue
