This is a very easy to use software. So many of these major sites like stamps.com require a paid subscription this website doesn't because you only pay for the postage that you use.

So convenient and easy to use! If you're someone who hates waiting at the post office to purchase a label, orange mailer is where it's at!!

Simple, low-cost way to skip the line at the post office. If you only use occasionally, you don't need to get into a recurring plan. It's also one of the few options that works entirely on a web browser.

This service is SO CONVENIENT! It's really nice to be able to see where your letters are in their journey and super helpful when customers orders are taking a bit longer than usual because you provide a little reassurance that it is heading their way!

This company is shady AF. I used this service to send 1 package several weeks ago on a PrePaid plan. I paid them 20 dollars to start the pre-paid plan. TO my surprise I woke up several weeks later to a notice from Paypal indicating that this company was trying to invoice me for an additional 20 dollars. When contacting them through their live chat they refused to help and tried to run me around to support. Told me I'd have to make time for it to resolve the issue, rather than handle it themselves they put it all on me. Absolutely ridiculous and inappropriate way to treat a customer. Furthermore, you don't get to just invoice people randomly. I'll take being out 20 dollars but don't think for a second you get to charge me again.

Hi! As per the Terms of Service you agreed to: USPS operates what is called "Automated Postage Verification". What that means is that when you place mail into the USPS system their computers scan it, weigh it, size it and route it. Then they compare all that info with what you entered to purchase your postage. In your case - on March 25 you created postage using the weight of 12 ounces, when in fact USPS stated it was 177.92 ounces (roughly 12 pounds). Our terms of service specifically states: "9.6 The US Postal Service maintains a record of all postage generated. Should the USPS determine that you underpaid your postage or requested a refund of mailed postage, Orange Mailer reserves the right to subsequently debit your available balance by the amount owed (or in the event of a zero available balance, any payment method on file) or to otherwise seek collection of payment (including, but not limited to - the transfer of funds from any subsequent account owned or operated by the delinquent account owner)." But how could you know this? Easy - read the terms as stated at the bottom of every page as well as when creating your account and agreeing with them. Additionally, the APV is recorded in your History tab. Simply login and take a look. If you had bothered to reach out to us via email (as the person on chat suggested), we certainly could have explained this to you. Do you really believe that any postage you put on any package should automatically be ok simply because you had a "pay as you go"? Basically what you are saying is that you are admitting to stealing from us and the US Postal Service. You believe that you can go to the Post Office - tell them wrong details - buy the postage and put it on your package - and then call them "shady AF" when they catch you for trying to scam them. Shame.
