Garantie meiner iO 8 gerade abgelaufen. Akku der letzte Müll. 2x putzen leer. Kundenservice viel zu kompliziert. Ist wohl so gewollt. Nie wieder Oral B

I have the oral b io2, at first I thought it was a good tooth brush for the money, however, no matter how much I clean the tooth brush, dry it, and replace the heads, the tooth brush is constantly building mold in the head and inside the toothbrush it’s self, the grooves are so tight nothing can fit in there to clean it out, because of this i can no longer use the toothbrush.

Sehr schlechte Kundenbetreuung. Vorsicht also beim Kauf von Oral B Produkten!!!!

I just bought a large package from Costco with 10 brush heads in it. Three people in our family use this brush and it used to come with different coloured rings so we could tell the toothbrushes apart. However, these geniuses decided to remove these coloured rings and just put symbols on the base of the toothbrush. You can hardly see the symbols so when I called the 800 number and asked them what the heck was going on that’s when I found out that there were symbols on the toothbrushes. Seriously, are these people dumb? Do they not use their own toothbrushes with their families? It does not make any sense!!!!

Schandalig!

Oral-B have changed the system for easy identification of replacement toothbrush heads for their electric toothbrushes. The old system for marking each person’s toothbrush by the removable identifying coloured ring (blue, pink, green and yellow) was instantly visible and very useful. However, the replacement toothbrush heads appear to have a non-removable white ring in the place where the coloured ring should go therefore making it more difficult to identify personal brush heads. I contacted customer service for Oral-B, Procter & Gamble, in the UK by phone and was told to try running hot water over the ring for a minimum of 10 seconds and that should allow the white ring to be removed but this did not work. I then emailed Procter & Gamble and was told that they were transitioning to a more streamlined system with pre-assembled white rings and icons on the toothbrush heads that would enhance the overall user experience. I have multiple users in my house and have bought 2 x 4 packs of replacement brush heads using the new identification system and have found that the icons are not easily visible unless you look closely at the brush heads, thus not making them easily identifiable or enhancing the experience. Why has the system been changed when it worked well previously?
