I just didn't like the toothbrush but my real issue was with the return policy. It took me a week and two very lengthy customer service phone calls to finally get the label to return the package. Once my return was finally approved they told me they would be sending me a prepaid debit card for in about 3 weeks? So it's taken me a month to get a refund and they can't just do it to my credit card?

Am liebsten würde ich garkeinen Stern vergeben. Ich habe ein oralb io5 gekauft. Da der Akku nur maximal 4 Tage hält habe ich diese bereits 2x eingeschickt. Das Problem bleibt. Der Kundenservice ist nicht besonders freundlich und hilfreich. Also falls ihr eine neue Zahnbürste benötigt…Finger weg von Orlb das können andere viel besser

We hebben een elektrische tandenborstel van Oral-B deze zou een garantie van 3 jaar hebben. Nu is de tandenborstel net over de twee jaar heen en na volledig opladen kun je er nog maar aan aantal keer mee poetsen. Ik wilde deze aanmelden voor reparatie maar krijg daar het volgende antwoord op: Informatie over de garantieverlenging: Wat betreft de verlengde garantie: het is belangrijk om te weten dat registratie voor het extra jaar garantie enkel mogelijk is zolang de standaard fabrieksgarantie van 2 jaar nog loopt. Indien de oorspronkelijke twee jaar reeds verstreken zijn, kan de verlenging helaas niet meer geactiveerd worden en valt het apparaat buiten de garantievoorwaarden. In deze tijd wil je toch je gegevens niet met iedereen gaan delen. Ik heb de aankoopbewijzen die ik nu kan overleggen. Wat moeten ze verder met mijn persoonlijke gegevens.

I have recently tried OralB dental floss, Deep clean, Deep Clean Comfort, and Satinfloss. All of the floss looks and feels like plastic. Furthermore, l didn't see where the floss picks up food particles. I will never buy any type of Oral B dental floss again. Customers , please be aware. V. Stephens

Do not buy Oral-B Glide Floss Picks! Break instantly with first use!

The new freakin oral b floss is terrible. I can’t find the glide anywhere. It gets stuck in my teeth and then I freak out. It causes me not to want to flower my teeth. It was the only floss I could use. Because all the with wax or thread just tear in my teeth too. Why did you guys change? Ugh

Pessima esperienza d'acquisto sul sito ufficiale di ORAL-B. Non è neanche paragonabile con il servizio clienti di Amazon, avrei dovuto acquistare le testine là. Per le testine nel pacco diverse da quelle ordinate ci hanno messo DUE settimane e migliaia di mail con foto per capire che "probabilmente è stato un disguido durante la fase di confezionamento" cit. per poi avviare la pratica di reso... la tragedia che sta diventando una commedia, ormai mi fanno ridere le loro mail. A proposito, dopo un mese passato dall'ordine e soldi ovviamente pagati non ho ancora le testine :))) Non consiglierò questo sito a nessuno! Se potete stateci alla larga.
