My clinic made an order for fertility drugs a week ago. I received an email from OptumRX that my order is being processed, so I expected the delivery. Nobody ever called me. A week later, when I need the medication, it turned out nothing was sent and the order was cancelled. They say I should have called to confirm the delivery. But how was I supposed to know it is me who needs to call when the order is there? And why did I get that email about my order being processed then? This is so confusing and frustrating to deal with a pharmacy that can't even reach out to you when they need more information.

Massive time wasting with customer service screw ups. Was denied med for needed top brand medication (formulary change) for which is essential for my health and condition. Initiated an 'Expedited 72 hour appeal' for which they don't even understand the process. Shifted from one inept employee to the next whereby NO understanding I'd even made an appeal. Hours of my time wasted. No wonder they train their employee's to apologize every other sentence.

ABSOLUTE HORRIBLE SERVICE!! AND LACK OF SPECIALISTS!!! DIFFICULT, IF NOT IMPOSSIBLE, TO GET THRU TO DOCTORS. TOO MANY CALLS GET ROUTED TO THEIR "SUPPORT CENTER" WHO IS LAME AT GETTING ANYTHING DONE AND ONLY SERVE TO SLOW YOU DOWN!!! THEY SAY THEY ARE GOING TO DO SOMETHING AND THEY DONT! THEY DON'T HAVE ENOUGH SPECIALISTS AVAILABLE - ESPECIALLY GLAUCOMA SURGEONS. MY MOTHER IS ALMOST BLIND DUE TO THEIR LACK OF CARE AND TIME IN BETWEEN APPOINTMENTS! THEIR LAST SURGERY TOOK AWAY MOST OF HER VISION. STAY AWAY FROM OPTUM IF YOU CARE ABOUT YOUR HEALTH OR YOUR LOVED ONE!!!!

We began our relationship with mt kisco medical group in 1986...it was a small building on s bedford rd. drs were small town care givers, over time the group began to buy up the groups in the area, but the quality was still personable and caring. Caremount grew into an oversized care group losing its personalized care...Our primary care physician was elevated to mgmt (good for her, sucked for us). Quality went completely into the toilet. once Optum took charge, billing audits challenging other providers payments and then rebilling after two years for addl charges, multi hour waits on hold when calling the facility, not to say a large percentage of the staff couldnt stomach the transition and left, leaving the facilities understaffed. This includes our new provider who is leaving after only one year as our dr, leaving to as she said, to become a real caring dr again. WHEN OUR DR WAS ELEVATED WE WERE ASSURED THAT SHE WOULD BE THERE TO ASSIST IF WE NEEDED IT...A LINE OF BS, I SENT AND RESENT AN EMAIL TO HER AND NEVER RECEIVED A REPLY...NEVER RECEIVED A RESPONSE-->TOTALLY OUT OF COMPLIANCE IN MY BOOK...i would like a call from someone at corporate to discuss, after 37 years with the group I think I am entitled to this conversation...BTW this is news worthy, corporate usurpations are ruining the med complex if i could give a zero, i would have, totally disgusted

Everything, you have the worst history of denying claims and Putting patients off till the stop trying. I have read over 50 horror stores about your company. My concern is that your going to slow walk this till I can’t, or find a way to deny my opportunity for a change of life. Profiting is your company’s main goal. You think I. Kidding or lying? Just look all it up yourself. I’m not a quitter, this has been 20 years overdue and in the making. I know your very busy ( I don’t care ) this is my life and I will fight for it. So far I now 31/2 mts behind from where I was before I was ( without my permission) switched to you. Again Prove Me Wrong

If you're a patient, then stay away from this corporation!!!! They bought the medical group I used to go to for 20 years, and turned it to junk. Unanswered patient portals are the norm. Do you want to even ARRANGE a meeting with your doctor? Good luck in getting a confirmation on that meeting. How about the surgeons they refer you to? Well the surgeon who looked over my test results doesn't see patients after 4. So, he arranges "zoom" meetings. Then, when you wait 50 minutes on the phone for him to appear, HE CAN'T HEAR YOU! My microphone was on and fine. So he tells me he's going to call me back. That was 2 weeks ago. Run, run RUN from your medical group if Optum takes over. Their customer service is trash. Oh! I also had to wait 5 days for a prescription to be filled; whereas I never waited more than 2 days (and that was because those 2 times had me make the request late on Friday!). Optum runs a company that gives excellent "customer NO service"!! If you like waiting, being treated like a number, and hanging in limbo for important test results; then fall right in. Otherwise, do like I said and RUN from them to any group that's not owned by Optum. I hope they go bankrupt.

I have been attempting to transfer my prescription to Optum RX for 2 months. I have spent several hours on the phone with them and have had no luck thus far. They have refused to do a second override with the local pharmacy, and have insisted I wait more days without my medication. The first representative I spoke with was rude, combative and continued to speak over me while I tried to explain my situation. I then requested to speak with her supervisor and was placed on hold for 20 minutes. I do not believe I was actually transferred to a supervisor, but merely another phone clerk. So very disappointed with my company's decision to use Optum RX, and will voice my opinion at the next meeting.
