What a joke . It is all about money. Try to change appointment . on hold for 40 minutes. Still screwed it up. Will be getting new doctor not with optum. Feel sorry for doctor been eith him for fifyteen years.

Cancelled online appt twice. Don't tell you at what time is the appt. You just have to wait.

I would give NO stars if I could. Ms. Alexander was RUDE and CONDESCENDING. I just wanted medication management. She rolled her eyes, interrupted me and yelled. Worst healthcare experience ever. I am sticking to Plushcare for telehealth from now on. The call didn't last long as I told her this was unacceptable. Immediately called their customer service and told them my experience. She assured me I won't be charged. We shall see....

Dr. Oo is terrific! Very thorough. Enthusiastic when explaining things and when seeing good results. Terrel, Akida (spelling), and the rest of the staff...great! Friedly, courteous, and efficient.

I called Optum, Mount Kisco to set up an appointment with a dermatologist. They were not accepting new patients and referred me to their facility in Yorktown. I called Yorktown and was asked what was the reason why I needed to set up an appointment. I explained I had three tiny cists (?) around the eye area and I did not knew what that was. I thought I was going to see a dermatologist and later I found out she was a physician assistant. When I got there the waiting room was empty and I had to wait more than 30 minutes. When I finally was called the physician assistant looked at me and told me she could not do anything to me and I should see an esthetician. Weeks later received a bill that showed my insurance company was charged $300.00. In my view this was just a ripoff.

They stole $87.50 from me for a prescription that was never shipped and I have had to harass them for three weeks now to get a refund, which I still have not received. Absolute scam company that I DO NOT recommend.

Would give 0 if possible. Been 2 months never received lab results! Virtual doctor is on vacation and failed to submit my results to website. Worst ever website. Call center will lie and say they will return call but won’t.
