We booked extra legroom to Thailand in November 2020. Flights were cancelled and we have received a refund for them. For some reason, Optiontown are waiting to confirm that the flights were cancelled, 6months ago!! Numerous emails, automated replies, no refund. Looks like we’re going to court. Nick Berry.

Thank you Option town. I have a booking with successful assigned UTo for late today, but early today I want to change my schedule to 01 day later. I cannot do the payment for UTo change fee online. In this case if payment is not done immediately, the assigned UTo is not refunded and I have to pay once more for the new one. I am very lucky to receive the support from option town member to help for the little fee.
