Even though I had initial difficulties in getting the problems solved in end it was good to see the things resolved and helped me to book tickets and extend the pass validity which deserves a special mention

Case ID - [GOB-QNLHM-968] Its been a month since I booked the ticket from Muscat to Cochin. If a travel agency cannot get the tickets confirmed and issued in one month, ethically you should have reimbursed the money and sent in an apology. But you have been procrastinating and coming out with excuses each time. You are taking the customers like me for a ride. Terrible attitude with customers and zero customer care!!!

you have sent an email and responded that all has been rectified - yet nothing is rectified. I still cannot change the bookings online as you say as it has now for 2 weeks said you are too busy even at 5am. So what next?

Hi Team, With respect to my original review response, do you think that providing me with ticket confirmation couple of hours before travel will help my family to travel where they have to comply with many prerequisites such as PCR test, self registration, Hotel booking is possible. Kindly look into this seriously and help me with refund of my passes in my account. This is not acceptable at all where iam a premium customer and after having 7-8 passes in my wallet still need to pay money for booking when needed. I have purchased the passes in advance to ease and to save money but in return Iam bearing only getting additional cost and difficulties. Kindly resolve this matter asap.

Very fast and comprehensive answer (not the first time, persistent quality so far)

A company that deals with customers with disrespect, I have been contacting thim for more than two weeks without a response, they try in any way not to give the customer his reservation and take money easily! You haven't found my data !!! This is a bad argument. yesterday I received a response finaly, asking me to be patient !!! There is no number for complaints, no follow-up! They refused to return the money, then they procrastinate in amending it until I give up my right !!!

With current COVID problems, I have had issues with using my 8 remaining vouchers for travel to Thailand on Ethiopian airlines. I contacted OptionTown by email and in few hours they extended the validity of vouchers by 3 months, stating that if the situations do not change, they will extend the validity again upon another email from my end. Very quick and helpful response.
