Still waiting.... it's been weeks since I ordered. Tracking has been stuck in the same place since the 18th of January. It is now the 29th. They will not move out of distribution. Also had a text wanting more money because the label was 'illegible', or rather 'lack of address information' for the ship too portion, even though I paid using PayPal, which I've never had a problem with my address being wrong before. Also, try looking up the return/refund policies. You cannot access it. Or any of the policies listed on their site as a matter of fact. That, in itself, should say something about a company.

Very misleading delivery timeline mentioned in site. Be prepared to wait 3-4 weeks to get the glasses. I will share a product update after I receive the glasses. Update: Both glasses appear to have used 1.67 while I ordered 1.74 lenses. The prescription sunglasses were ok as the lens thickness is more on the inside. But, the clear prescription glasses were very flimsy and is off from the prescription as the vision is not sharp and clear compared to my regular priced prescription glasses. We get what we pay for!

I received my glasses yesterday. Fantastic! The product arrived 100% to my order. The frames are sturdy and well constructed. The progressive Rx and polarizing are all correct. Here we are in the middle of a snow storm. These will be great in cutting the glare. Updated Jan 30/24. Just recieved my second pair of glasses. Very impressed for a second time. The quality was good, construction solid and the Rx exact. Price beats any Canadian or US on line retailers I have used.

The only way I could describe this company is fraudulent. Every positive element of their site is bs. The reviews, the glasses descriptions, the overall quality...utter garbage. Clearly they don't care, have zero skill at what they are doing, and don't care. Please go somewhere else. Please.

I guess i got lucky on the purchase base off the reviews here. my glasses came out alright and was quickly shipped.

Same story here as all the other reviews on this trust pilot site. The glasses are unusable and the company just wants to say they did everything right. Boy I wish I had looked at this site before I ordered my glasses. I would’ve never ordered from a site that had a rating of 1.7. Especially given all of the negative reviews I am reading here. so if you haven’t ordered yet, don’t order it from optical factor!

Bad... horrible... and the worst eye glass company i ever encountered. First they did not haved the glasses i ordered they did not have anything else i wanted so i asked for a refund, they would not give me one! so i finally found some mens glasses and didnt really lije them but said just send me some glasses. I had ordered 3 pairs none of which i like but i am wearing a pair, but the ones i picked out (the one pair i really wanted, they said were out of stock) the replacement pair were broken on the lens, where the stem is attached. YES BROKEN by the maker. trying to get a refund, its been over a week now, they wanted a picture. They knew they were broken, as they broke them! and mailed them anyhow. this is not a good company to order anytthing from. check out their return policy or any other policy they dont have! Id say DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY, THEY SUCK

The glasses received was not according to the prescription and not able to be used by be as reading glasses. The prescription was entered on the sellers website the only place where this was possible to do so, the prescription was also provided to the seller directly via email after the seller was seeking some clarification on the provided prescription. The order was accepted by the seller after these clarifications were provided via email to the seller after the initial ordering via the website. I have tried to reason with the seller over a period of time, however have not been able to progress the issue and come to an acceptable solution. The seller did offer a 35% discount on a new order, a slightly better discount that the current offer of 30% generally available to customers via the website, so not really an offer at all. I have asked the seller to either provide me with a replacement set of glasses with the correct prescription, alternatively to provide me with a full refund. I have also offered to return the glasses to the seller on their cost.
