11 days in and still shows package in transit....a real rip off....over two weeks to ship a pen and they charge 8 bucks for shipping....Dont waste your time with these clowns

If I could give them a big fat zero for customer support and quality of devices that’s exactly what they would get. I currently own several ooze devices that all have issues but recently purchased the Brink dry vape for my husband and it burnt both his lips. The best they can do for me is offer me an $11 discount off a different device. That’s a joke!!! So I will no longer be doing business with ooze in the future!!!!

I bought the new Twist Slim 2.0 at my local dispensary after talking with the sale rep. The one I originally bought at my dispensary 7 years ago is just starting to die. I bought 2 Honey Sticks online and they sucked, So, when I went into my dispensary the sale rep recommend this Ooze Twist Slim 2.0 because they have a great warranty. So I bought the pen and went home and charged it. It must have been pre-charged so after 1 week of use I went to recharge. Neither of the dual-method charging ports worked. I registered my product right away and then submitted a claim a week later. They want to charge me $7.84 to ship a replacement vape pen that did not work and the pen cost me $20.00. Obviously, not standing behind their product.

They can’t seem to ship their items out on time which is infuriating. It’s been almost 2 weeks since I placed my order and I just now got a tracking number for the shipment, but of course it haven’t even been given to the post office yet so I have no idea when I will receive my item. It’s 2025, there is no reason I can buy a HORSE and have it professionally shipped across the united states faster & with more communication than a stupid little silicon water pipe. Even if this water pipe pays my bills for me, I’m not going to be purchasing though then again. I’d rather pay the markup at the local shops to have my product in hand.

Avoid This Company I ordered two items from Ooze: the Twist Slim Pen 2.0 and the Slim Clear Series Battery, both in Atomic Pink. The Twist Slim Pen arrived defective and wouldn’t hold a charge. I contacted support on January 2nd, and it took until January 15th to receive a gift card to replace the item. However, the gift card didn’t cover the full cost, and I was told “You will have to cover the remaining tax…” Poor product quality combined with unhelpful and slow customer service makes Ooze a company to avoid. Ooze cleaning kit is the best pipe cleaning substance on the market. I've tried hundreds of of other products and nothing compares to this, several uses an already it's adding up to be worth the price. Best part is it's reusable an it keeps cleaning after several uses.

I’ll be honest: I’m just not into buying items that I know are not going to work and I’m going to have to wait weeks for a replacement “warranty claim”. Companies should take note: not everyone is looking for cheap. Consumers will get tired of having to deal with “incredible customer service”. I would rather just buy something that works in the first place than have to deal with AI that cannot answer my question for 20 minutes that forwards me to a chat with a person who cannot fix my problem and just wants to send me a replacement. I spend weeks when I really only want to spend minutes. I will not waste my time filling in your warranty info. I just want dependable products.
