Probably should’ve read the reviews before ordering. Firstly customer service is almost nonexistent! I paid for EXPRESS shipping , like an extra 15 dollars just for my package to be sent via regular mail. They blame in on processing time, but my order took exactly one day to process. I’ll never order from this site again. Not to mention the first item ooze bot & and doesn’t even work

I’ll be honest: I’m just not into buying items that I know are not going to work and I’m going to have to wait weeks for a replacement “warranty claim”. Companies should take note: not everyone is looking for cheap. Consumers will get tired of having to deal with “incredible customer service”. I would rather just buy something that works in the first place than have to deal with AI that cannot answer my question for 20 minutes that forwards me to a chat with a person who cannot fix my problem and just wants to send me a replacement. I spend weeks when I really only want to spend minutes. I will not waste my time filling in your warranty info. I just want dependable products.

Horrible service. Places an order 5 days ago and my order still hasn't been shipped. There's no reason why it should take that long. I just placed my first, and my last order with ooze. Update. I did get the vape today. They never sent out a shipped notice.

About a year or so I first discovered Ooze and their vape products. I bought a OOZE TWIST SLIM PEN 2.0 and when it arrived I charged it. To use it you have to press the power button 5 times quickly to activate the battery. Then you can draw or hit the power 2 more times for a preheat hit. Sadly after the device times out you are back to 5 more presses to turn it back on? The device worked well initially. Over the year I have had to replace several more units. Most recently I received my replacement battery only to have it fail after a charge right out of the box. Previously I was given replacements after following all their steps and paying the postage after 30 days. Now for this last failure Ashley wrote me back to tell me I needed to send the failed unit back after I told her I had thrown the unit out. I put on some gloves and dug through the trash and found the battery in question. I wrote back to tell her I found it and am awaiting instructions? Several times just trying to register a new unit on their website would fail. I had to contact customer service with that issue as well. For my money I will be sticking with The Kind Pen for vape products, I am done getting screwed over by Ooze.

I have had three pens. Two broke. One within a month of purchase from a shop. Of course i didn’t save receipt. Why would i expect it to break so fast?! Ooze has ignored my request to replace it via their site. It says it’s $6 shipping without proof of purchase. Lifetime guarantee doesn’t matter if they won’t help get issue fixed. I’m never buying their products again. I have one left. I’m looking at better products. Ooze is garbage to me. Not worth the money. I’m just going to buy something better that’ll last. This is too much a headache.
