I just heard about Onward Ticket from a friend. First time using it I accidently booked my ticket twice. I reached out to customer support and they had my additional ticket refunded within minutes. So happy with the customer support experience as a first time user!

I bought a few tickets from Onward Ticket this month and while I was looking for a specific time (morning) for my flight, I couldn’t get it because the tickets are automatically generated and I tried maybe 3 times because I was in a hurry. I ended up using one of the tickets but I obviously didn’t need all 3 and I messaged customer service to refund the other 2 for me (because i didn’t use them) and they so kindly did This mattered to me because I also used dummy-tickets to try and get the timings I wanted and they were very rude, didn’t fulfill my request or provide a refund and stopped replying to me altogether Special thanks to Melodie from Onward Ticket. :)

I used this service and by my own fault i had entered that i wanted the ticket right away not reading that its cancelled if not paid after 48 hours I contacted support and explained what i had done and they quickly rectified the situation and I had no issues I highly reccomend this service

The ticket was issued within 2 minutes as advertised. I was flying to Buenos Aires with 2 children. I was pressed by Delta representative when checking in because my return Delta flight exceeded the 90 day "visa" time frame. I presented the the onward ticket.com ticket and the Delta Supervisor accepted it and checked us in. what a relief!
