Easy to book and use and I have many times before, but this most recent time I had a reservation that I could not access on the official airline website. The time from submitting my problem to customer support to receiving a new and working PNR was 34 minutes! Shout out to Melodie for being such a homie when I was in a tizzy at the airport waiting to check in. Amazing!

I have reserved three tickets and paid but i did not received them. I did booked for the second time, it didn’t work as well . I asked them via email . They apologized and promised me to refund me . After two days, I received my money back . Thank you .

Hi, this was the first time I tried this service and was a very stressful experience at the beginning. I needed a flight from Peru to Colombia but the website booked me one with a very confusing airline, which it was a mess try to confirm the reservation, so, I contacted the customer support asking for help with verifiable airline but Mélodie replied "sorry, that is not possible about the airline, check your PNR on checkmytrip"... and was very frustating. HOWEVER, Honey took my case and worked on it offering me a better solution with another airline which I was able to check my reservation number (PNR) even though it didn't work on checkkmytrip as Melodie suggested at the beginning. So, after this was very helpful having this resevation with the border police and I could pass without any problem. BTW, This isn't illegal; it's like booking in the old days, when you went personally to an agency and they would "freeze" your ticket for 24-48 hours until you made the payment so you wouldn't lose the fare. After this, Honey saved the play and I could have my reservation without any problem actually, I asked for my PDF in case the wifi failed me in the airport, and she was happy to collaborate with. Thank u Honey (and Ryan! ;) )
