I made a mistake in my booking and again Melodie was not only so quick in picking up me hurried and rather anxious email, she explained my error and issued me with a coupon so that I could rebook my ticket without having to pay again. I’ve used Onward Ticket a couple of times previously and it went flawlessly! This time, there was a flaw, ON MY END! I made an error of my date calculation so my ticket was going to expire a day earlier than I needed it to. I reached out to the Support team at Onward Ticket, explaining my error, to see if they could fix it. In under 30 minutes I received a reply from Melodie, and though she couldn’t correct my error, she gave me a coupon which allowed me to book it correctly without paying for the ticket again. This is the best customer service I’ve ever experienced! Onward ticket is easy to use, and quite obviously in the elite category when it comes to customer service!
